NEWBORN

Niki’s passion is in capturing newborns in their first few days. As a mother, she knows that newborns grow so quickly. Niki ensures newborn photography is classic, timeless, simple, modern and minimalist.

Newborn sessions are held in Niki’s home studio, which is the perfect environment for your newborn. It has beautiful natural light, is warm, inviting and a perfect place to sit back, relax and watch your newborn’s first photoshoot.

MATERNITY

Niki loves capturing pregnancy and the miracle that is motherhood. She ensures you, as an expecting mother feels special and beautiful. There is nothing more amazing than a mother carrying her unborn child. Niki ensures that the shoot is fun, relaxed and natural so your raw emotion and love is captured, even before your newborn child is born. Maternity sessions are held in the studio and taken around 28-34 weeks into your pregnancy.

BABY

Niki loves capturing a baby’s cute and unique personality through photography. The recommended age for baby photography is between 6-12 months when they are ideally able to sit up unassisted. It’s a great time to capture their first baby stages such as sitting, crawling, rolling, smiling and maybe even standing.

Niki captures babies in a simple, modern and minimalist way keeping the focus on your gorgeous baby.

FAMILY

Niki understands the importance of capturing family portraits. Especially for all those mums out there who never get a chance to get behind the camera. We all love to look back on memories, especially those of our children growing up and our families evolving and changing. CAKE SMASH

If your baby is about to have their birthday and turning one soon, cake smash sessions are a great opportunity to have some fun and capture some cute images. Think lots of smiles, giggles, cake, icing everywhere and of course fun.

Cake smash photography is a great way to celebrate your little ones first birthday and if done early enough you can definitely use the images for their 1st birthday invitations.

All my cake smash sessions are kept really simple and minimalistic. I want to ensure that your baby is the main star and all the little details are not lost in the clutter. I will capture all your baby smiles, the crumbs stuck to their little chubby legs, icing smudged everywhere and pure joy on their faces.
