hi! I've a got a bedroom plus large study available (together) in a recently renovated, clean and spacious semi-detached house that I rent straight opposite Centennial Park. Bus stops are within 100m to Bondi Junction, CBD (incl. express bus), Clovelly and Randwick as well as some local shops and breakfast places. Plenty of parking space too.rnrnYou will share with just me. I'm an IT consultant, like to cook and chat / share a wine but mostly will do my own stuff - in & out. I'm looking for a bit outgoing, non-smoking, professional who I'd get along with well and who's looking for a spacious and nice place to live in.rnrnYour two rooms are carpeted and unfurnished. Both are of decent size and would fit a queen-size easily. The house has a new kitchen with gas cooking and oven, high ornate ceilings, decent bathrooms (one is sort of outside) and a large living and dining space with hardwood floors.
