We are seeking an experienced Hire Controller/ Yardman to join our team based in Glendenning NSW. 

Your Key Duties will include

  • Providing support to the sales team to ensure their effectiveness on the road.
  • Customer Support and assisting customers in identifying equipment required
  • Processing of Hire Contracts through our in-house invoicing/fleet management software.
  • General Administrative duties as required.
  • Accurately maintain existing compliance and safety requirements to ensure high industry standards are met and exceeded.

About You

  • Excellent Customer service skills. 
  • Ability to work in a supportive team. 
  • Well Organised with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy work environment.
  • Highly motivated and have excellent communication skills.
  • To be an active contributing member of the Branch team.
  • Strong Work Ethic 
  • Current driver's licence. 

 

Experience in the equipment Hire Industry will be highly regarded. This is a pivotal role in our business, with the overall responsibility of dealing with our customer base to ensure we provide excellent customer service while exceeding their delivery and administration expectations every time.
