good sized double bedroom (furnished or unfurnished), very sunny, with your own private verandah that leads onto a paved courtyard. The house itself is a charming modern 3 bedroom home with 1.5 bathrooms, hardwood floors, fireplaces, paved courtyard and all mod cons (foxtel, flatscreen tv, broadband internet, garage, washing machine, etc). The house is located on a quiet leafy street in Paddington. We live close to art galleries, pubs, restaurants, shops, Oxford St. and public transport. Bus route 389, 352, 380 and 378 are between 1 and 5 minutes walk away. You will be sharing with 3 other people: two nurses and a personal trainer (two boys and a girl). All housework and bills are shared. We are looking for someone for at least 6 months or longer, sorry no couples. 4 weeks bond required. Please call to view house and meet housemates.  See you there!
