Room avail beautiful house Ashfield near shops/transport

Hi this is a Beautiful freshly painted home in ashfield only a five minute walk to ashfield shops and I have 2 rooms there available right now. There is a bus stop in the street only one minute walk from the fromt door having busses that go to several locations including the city. There is 2 ladies and one guy in the house at the monent gender is not an issue, it is also a GLBT friendly house. The house is just freshly painted and the rooms are well furnished. There is a decent yard and nice verandas to enjoy any nice weather back and front. There is parking in both front and rear streets and never a problem to find a parking spot. My preference is for someone working, the rent is 230 p/w all inclusive. There is no wi fi in the house so you would need to provide your own.
